THIS IS A BID2BREAK AUCTION, YOU A BIDDING FOR A JOB LOT OF PARTS FROM A 1960 MODEL CLASSIC MORRIS MINOR 1000. EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE BODYSHELL ITSELF WHICH WE MUST RETAIN ON SITE. THE WINNING BIDDER WILL NEED TO COME TO OUR SITE BY APPOINTMENT AND REMOVE ALL PARTS USING THEIR OWN TOOLS, A VAN WILL BE REQUIRED TO TAKE ALL THE PARTS AWAY.

The availability of audio equipment and keys cannot be guaranteed, if you are unsure please check with the seller before bidding. We have not verified the existence or origin of any service books or stamps for any vehicle. Vehicles may require a Vehicle Identity Check. Any cherished registration numbers are not included in any sale. Call the Seller 24 hours prior to collection of any vehicle. Each successful purchase is subject to certain fees as set out in our Terms and Conditions. Refunds or compensation will not be given for any vehicle after you or your agent have accepted it at the time of collection or delivery.
When logged in, an approved bidder, and you are connected to the internet, vehicles will update automatically approximately every one second on the vehicle details page. On the vehicles watchlist page, vehicles ending today will update automatically every one second and other vehicles (not ending today) will update every sixty seconds. If you place a bid on a vehicle in the watchlist, the vehicle will update once after the bid is placed and continue to update automatically at the previous frequency. The view bids panel does not automatially update. The internet is a public network and we are not responsible for any transmission or receive delay whilst using this site.
|Starts||At the time the vehicle arrived at the seller's premises it was tested to verify whether the engine could be started. Starts is defined as:|
|Yes||The Seller was able to start the engine. They do not guarantee the condition of the engine or that it will start again when collected from the Seller's premises.|
|No||The Seller was unable to start the engine.|
|Unknown||The seller has been unable to try and start the engine. This may be for a number of reasons such as: There is no key with the vehicle; It may cause further damage to the vehicle if the seller attempts to start the engine; The engine / battery are damaged etc.|
|Drives||At the time the vehicle arrived at the seller's premises it was tested to verify whether the engine could be started and to determine whether it could be moved forward for a short distance under its own power. Drives is defined as:|
|Yes||The Seller was able to start the engine and select a gear to move the vehicle forward for a short distance under its own power. It does not guarantee the condition of the engine or gearbox or that the vehicle will drive again when collected from the Seller's premises.|
|No||The vehicle could not be moved under its own power.|
|Unknown||The seller has been unable to try and drive the vehicle.|
|Speedo||The speedo/mileage reading is unconfirmed, disregard the reading provided.|
|Service History||The service history is non-verified. You should ask to inspect the paperwork while viewing the vehicle to assess the service history of the vehicle.|
|Distance||The indicated distance is calculated in a straight line between the vehicle location Postcode and your Postcode (taken from your bidder account or entered into the vehicle list page manually). You should independently verify the driving distance yourself.|
This auction features "auto-extend". When a bid is placed within the last 60 seconds of the auction closing time, the system adds 15 seconds per bid to the auction closing time until the closing time is over 60 seconds again. This repeats until no more bids are placed and the auction time counts down to zero where the auction closes and the winner is determined.
